where can you get replacement parts? The disc nut is broken and I can’t find anything on line.

Fantastic item! I ordered the automatic kettle for making tea. It looks really nice and was a breeze to put together right out of the box. The only hiccup I faced was that the power base wouldn’t switch on. I reached out to customer support online and got a reply a few days later since it was during the holiday season. Yuki helped me get a replacement for my kettle base. The whole process was straightforward, quick, and I got my new kettle and base in no time. Excellent customer service and a great product that I can now use. I definitely recommend this company and their offerings.

This item is fantastic, I use it for a better taste and it leaves a nice little zing in your mouth after sipping it from the growler. It's super handy, and I can bring it along wherever I go. Thinking about grabbing the 128 oz version too!

I got the Rizorri pasta machine around six months back, and it's been fantastic. I ran into a little hiccup recently because I didn’t assemble it right. Totally my fault! I reached out to Customer Service via email, and they got back to me in just a few hours. Their support and follow-up were the best I’ve experienced from a company in ages. I’ll definitely be buying from them again and suggest you do the same!
